Quick Overview

  • Online Support: Therapy from your own home

I offer 50-minute psychotherapy sessions held online, allowing you to find a quiet, safe space for reflection without the stress of a commute. Between our meetings, I’ll occasionally share helpful resources or reading materials to support you in your day-to-day life.

Who I Work With: A welcoming space for everyone

I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. My practice is built on a foundation of respect for your individual identity and a commitment to providing therapy that feels personal and relevant to you.

My Specialism: Support through pregnancy and early parenthood

The transition through pregnancy and the postnatal period can be one of life’s most vulnerable times. I specialise in perinatal mental health, offering a compassionate, steady hand for those navigating the unique challenges that come with this chapter.

The Way I Work: A collaborative approach

I use an integrative approach, which simply means I draw on different therapeutic methods to suit what you need. By combining person-centred support with talk therapy, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you, always keeping your well-being at the heart of our work.

  • Birth Story Sessions offer a compassionate space to process and make sense of your birth experience - whether it was recent or many years ago. Birth can bring up a wide range of emotions, from pride and relief to shock, sadness, or confusion. Sometimes, aspects of the birth experience, such as medical interventions, feeling unheard, loss of control, or unexpected outcomes, can leave lasting emotional imprints that are difficult to talk about.

A Birth Story Session provides the opportunity to revisit your story gently and safely, with someone who understands the complexity of birth and the emotional impact it can have on identity, relationships, and wellbeing.

In these sessions, I work collaboratively with you to unpack what happened, explore how it has affected your mind and body, and help you connect the dots between your experience and how you feel today. We might look at your memories of the event, the meaning they hold, and the emotions that arise when you think about them.

The goal isn’t to assign blame or to re-live distress, but to bring understanding, compassion, and coherence to your story. We aim to help your nervous system settle, and your mind regain a sense of safety. Many people describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves after debriefing their birth experience.

Whether you are preparing for another pregnancy, supporting your recovery, or simply seeking peace with what happened, a Birth Story Session can be an important step toward emotional healing and self-trust.

  • Pregnancy loss, infant bereavement, and fertility struggles are experiences that follow people into every part of their lives - including work. And yet most organisations don't know what to say or do when an employee is going through them.

Drawing on my clinical background as a psychotherapist and specialist training with the Foundation for Infant Loss UK, I help HR teams, managers, and colleagues build real understanding and the confidence to show up for people in a way that's compassionate, trauma-informed, and genuinely human.
