Corporate Workshops

I deliver workplace workshops on pregnancy and infant loss that help organisations understand the emotional reality of bereavement when a baby dies. Drawing on my specialist training with the Foundation for Infant Loss UK, I guide HR professionals, managers, and colleagues through sensitive topics such as the types of loss, grief reactions, how to communicate well, and how to build compassionate policies around miscarriage at work, phased returns, and long-term support. These sessions equip teams to support grieving employees in a way that feels emotionally intelligent, trauma-aware, and truly human.

As an approved trainer by the Foundation for Infant Loss UK, I run tailored corporate workshops on infertility, bringing insight into the emotional, financial, and relational impact of fertility struggles and treatment. In these sessions, I translate what it’s like to go through fertility treatment - the anxiety, the hope, the disappointment and provide practical guidance for managers and colleagues. I help to explore how to create more inclusive, understanding workplace environments by discussing reasonable adjustments, sensitive communication, legal responsibilities, and how best to support people who are trying to conceive or are undergoing fertility treatment.
